Yes! We have a license from the state of Ohio. We are insured through Pet Care Insurance. Full license, insurance and endorsements (similar to bonding) information available upon request.
For daily dog walks we ask that you give us 12 hour’s notice.
For drop-in visits, overnights and boarding we require a full two week’s notice in order to receive a complete refund.
We do not offer any refunds for boarding services cancelled within 30 days of a major holiday. There is no refund or credit given for early returns.
For daily walks, we recommend booking a week ahead.
For vacation visits or boarding, we encourage booking at least a month ahead, and during the holidays more than a month is recommended as we do book up quickly. While we typically don’t book more than six months out, early planning helps ensure we can accommodate your needs.
We require that all clients provide two forms of entry, examples are a physical key, remote opener, or keyless lock system. If using a key we require all clients to utilize lockboxes for us to gain access to the home. You can provide your own lockbox, or purchase one from us.
Yes, all of our pet care associates are background checked through a federal screening process to ensure the highest level of safety.
You need to bring your pet’s dog food, any medications, special treats, bedding or something that smells like home, collar or harness, and leash.
No problem—figuring out what your pet needs is part of the process. Our services are customizable to fit your needs and gives you peace of mind.
We currently service the Nordonia area, (Macedonia, Sagamore Hills, Walton Hills, Northfield) parts of Brecksville and Twinsburg.
A 50% (100% for major holidays) deposit must be submitted at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remainder of your balance is due upon last day of service. A 5 % fee will be applied to all invoices that have not been paid within 3 days.
We operate on a two-hour service window to allow for travel time and any unexpected delays. If your appointment is scheduled for noon, you can expect us to arrive between 11 am and 1 pm. For pets with medical needs we will ensure a tighter service window.
We require DHLPP or DAPP, rabies and Bordetella for all dogs. We require FVRPC and rabies for all cats.
